RETURNS 

In-Store Purchases.

Unused and undamaged items (excluding holiday items and upholstery) may be returned within 10 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Undamaged upholstery items may be returned within 3 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Holiday and seasonal items are final sale. All returns will be subject to review and deemed returnable by a Blake Interiors employee.

Online Purchases.

Unused and undamaged items (excluding holiday items and upholstery) may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of order delivery. Undamaged upholstery items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of delivery. Holiday and seasonal items are final sale. All returns will be subject to review and deemed returnable by a Blake Interiors employee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are made to the original method of payment less the original shipping fee and return shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of return receipt for the refund to be issued so that we may process the return and conduct a quality control review. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email.

Rugs & Lighting: All rugs and lighting incur a 15% restocking fee per piece, per return. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Customized lighting is final sale. 

Artwork: All artwork is made-to-order and is final sale.

Vintage: All vintage is final sale.

Furniture: All furniture is final sale.

Custom Upholstery & Made to Order Pieces: All custom upholstery and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Swatches: All swatches are final sale.

Final Sale & Clearance: All clearance items are final sale.
